Flight Tax Systems (FTS) complimentary support and training ("Startup") is offered based on the following:
Startup support and training must be scheduled within the first 30 days of subscription activation in order to remain complimentary.
During this time (FTS) will assist you in setting up your account and provide training on entering flight data. Users are required to supply all information required to operate the system, including information on your aircraft, the employees that use the aircraft, their guests, tax aspects of the owner or operator of the aircraft, and aircraft flight data
The user is required to have a computer terminal connected to the Internet and provide all the setup and flight-data input.
(FTS) support services will be limited to questions regarding entering flight information and operation of the system. (FTS) is a division of Wolcott and Associates, P.A., a firm of Certified Public Accountants with a practice limited to aviation. (FTS) will, at their sole determination, refer all tax questions and inquires to Wolcott and Associates, P.A. Wolcott and Associates, P.A. may require a separate engagement letter prior to rendering any professional guidance on tax matters. Fees paid to (FTS) do not extend to or pay for services from Wolcott and Associates, P.A. or other affiliated companies (see "Affiliated Companies").
(FTS) will use its best efforts during Startup to make its staff available to assist with the setup process. Support services will be available from 9:00 am ET to 5:00 pm ET Monday through Friday. Support services will not be available weekends or during holidays. (FTS) will answer support calls in the order received.
After Startup, support calls will be billed in 15-minute increments at a rate of $250 per hour ($62.50 per every 15 minutes or fraction thereof).
